This image could be named cross.
\(f(z) = i(z-i)^2(z+i)(z-1-\frac{3}{10}i)(z+1-\frac{3}{10}i),\quad z \in \mathbb{C}(0,2)\)
It is a polynomial of degree five with one root of multiplicity two and three roots of multiplicity one.
Its formula may seem shocking but if one observes the locations of the zeros then he or she might be able to write the factored form. (Then we would need a nice coefficient too.)
