Yet another simple function.
\(f(z) = (z-i)(z-\frac{\sqrt{3}}{2}+\frac{1}{2}i)(z+\frac{\sqrt{3}}{2}+\frac{1}{2}i),\quad z \in \mathbb{C}(0,3)\)
This is a polynomial of degree three with its roots equally distributed on the unit circle. (This picture was contained in the introduction of one of my essays.)
